Return and Replacement Policy

How do I return or exchange my products?

  • Customers can exchange/ return their order within the next 10 calendar days after an order has been delivered.
  • All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
  • As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us via cost-effective means.  Please mail us at cc@jaunthouse.com along with the order Id and we will send you the details of returning address. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We will either replace it with another product of the same value or the amount will be refunded via bank transfer (excluding shipping or cash on delivery charges).
  • Product Quality Issue: Replacement will be done distinctly on account of issues identified with wrong requests, damaged or flawed items
  • Size Issue: We follow the Indian Size Chart Customers are required to refer to the size chart before ordering, there will be no replacement or return for size issues unless an incorrect product has been delivered.
  • Sale items:
    Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Only after receiving the returned product, we will ship the new product. We need a minimum of 10 days to ship the new product back to you.
  • There is no refund or replacement for International Orders. 
  • Note: Only one exchange request per order is applicable.

CANCELLATION:

The cancellation request is accepted if communicated within 2 hours of placing the order. You can mail us at cc@jaunthouse.com along with the order Id requesting for cancellation. Once the cancellation is approved the amount will be refunded via bank transfer within 5-7 working days. 

WRONG/DAMAGED PRODUCT:

In case you receive incorrect or damaged product mail us at cc@jaunthouse.com and we will take care of the rest immediately.
